Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the rules for using ExamPath responsibly. It supplements our Terms of Service. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

2. Permitted Use

ExamPath is designed for personal educational use. You may:

  • Upload your own course materials or materials you have the right to use
  • Use the AI tutor, practice tests, and scheduling features for your personal study
  • Export and use AI-generated content for your own learning
  • Create multiple courses for different subjects

3. Prohibited Content

You must not upload or generate content that:

  • Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties
  • Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Is illegal, defamatory, threatening, or harassing
  • Contains personal data of others without their consent
  • Is pornographic, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate
  • Promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred

4. Prohibited Activities

4.1 System Abuse

  • Attempting to bypass credit limits or usage restrictions
  • Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Service
  • Attempting to access other users' accounts or data
  • Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the system
  • Overloading the Service with excessive requests (denial of service)

4.2 Account Abuse

  • Creating multiple free accounts to circumvent credit limits
  • Sharing account credentials with others
  • Selling or transferring your account
  • Impersonating another person or entity

4.3 Commercial Misuse

  • Reselling AI-generated content (practice tests, schedules, tutor responses)
  • Using ExamPath to provide commercial tutoring or test-preparation services
  • Extracting or scraping data from the platform for commercial purposes
  • Using the AI to generate content unrelated to educational study

4.4 Academic Integrity

ExamPath is a study tool. You are responsible for complying with your institution's academic integrity policies. We do not condone:

  • Using AI-generated answers during actual exams or graded assessments
  • Submitting AI-generated content as your own original work without proper attribution
  • Uploading actual exam papers that you are not authorized to possess

5. AI-Specific Guidelines

  • Do not attempt to manipulate the AI into generating harmful, misleading, or non-educational content
  • Do not attempt to extract the system prompts, model weights, or internal configurations
  • Understand that AI-generated content may contain errors — always verify important information
  • Do not use the AI tutor for purposes unrelated to studying your uploaded course materials

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this policy, please report it to support@klinica.io.

7. Enforcement

We may take the following actions in response to violations:

  • Warning via email
  • Temporary suspension of your account
  • Permanent termination of your account
  • Removal of offending content
  • Reporting to law enforcement if required by law

The severity of the response depends on the nature and frequency of the violation. We aim to be fair and proportionate.
